All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise specified. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing errors before fulfilling an order.
2.3 Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and shipped.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping across Australia and select international locations. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. Shipping fees and applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.
Nubevalux is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors beyond our control.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Return Policy
You may return eligible products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items, such as custom keyboards or limited-edition models, may be non-returnable (details provided at purchase).
4.2 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
5. Warranty and Support
All Nubevalux keyboards and accessories come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or misuse.

6. Intellectual Property
